Notably, the cumulative count of 5G network users has reached 203,825,000. To provide a clearer picture, the company has refined its disclosure standards to exclusively count those who have actively utilized the 5G network. Furthermore, the cumulative number of IoT terminal connections stands at 663,176,000, with a net growth of 38,395,000 connections. In the realm of 5G industry virtual private networks, the number of served customers has surged to 17,941, experiencing a quarterly increase of 1,882. Turning to smart services, the customer service issue resolution rate has hit an impressive 98.80%, with intelligent services contributing to 83.70% of the total service delivery. Additionally, China Unicom has secured 84 patent authorizations this year, underscoring its commitment to innovation.
