According to an institutional research survey, JJ Microelectronics has announced that its "6-inch wafer and device packaging and testing production line for power semiconductors" project has successfully transitioned into mass production. Featuring a minimum line width of 0.35 microns, this project encompasses a wide range of products, including unidirectional and bidirectional ESD chips, Zener diode chips, switching transistor chips, and FRED chips. With a monthly output now reaching 50,000 units, the project is actively scaling up its production capacity. Leveraging advanced technologies such as deep trench etching and high-voltage planar termination, JJ Microelectronics aims to further diversify its product line and enhance the overall structure of its offerings.
