The acquisition is set to transform Morrison into a wholly-owned subsidiary of SG Holdings by July of this year. Known for its robust air transportation services for chips and motors, Morrison boasts a global network of 90 stations. SG Holdings' strategic move aims to fortify its international logistics operations, catering to the demands of its corporate clientele.
