In the third fiscal quarter of 2025, ARM, a leading semiconductor design and software company, announced its financial results, revealing a total revenue of $983 million, marking a 19% year-over-year increase. Notably, net profit surged to $252 million, representing a remarkable 190% jump from the previous year. Diluted earnings per share stood at $0.24, a 200% year-over-year improvement. Despite these figures surpassing analysts' forecasts, ARM's share price experienced a post-market decline of over 7%. Looking ahead, ARM forecasts fourth fiscal quarter revenue to be in the range of $1.175 billion to $1.275 billion, with full-year revenue projected to fall between $3.94 billion and $4.04 billion.
