Unlike its predecessor, the Exynos 2400, which featured a 1+2+3+4 CPU cluster configuration, the Exynos 2500 boasts a 1+2+2+5 setup, heralding notable enhancements in both performance and energy efficiency. However, it is anticipated that the overall performance of the Exynos 2500 will not rival that of the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.

Regarding the deployment of the Exynos 2500, there is currently ambiguity as to whether all variants of these smartphones will be equipped with this chip or if specific markets will continue to utilize Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.
