As of January 26, 2025, 2,735 companies listed on the A-share market have disclosed their earnings forecasts for 2024, with 907 anticipating an improvement in performance. Notably, the biopharmaceuticals, semiconductor, and chemical industries have demonstrated exceptional performance. Specifically, Jucan Optoelectronics and Compass have already issued their annual reports, both highlighting growth in their performance. It is projected that 634 companies will achieve a net profit exceeding 100 million yuan, 220 companies will surpass 500 million yuan, 117 companies will exceed 1 billion yuan, and 59 companies will top 2 billion yuan. Among the frontrunners in terms of net profit scale are Kweichow Moutai, China Shenhua Energy, COSCO SHIPPING Holdings, CATL, and China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd., among others.
