LG Energy Solution has recently launched its wholly-owned subsidiary, EVE Energy (China) Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of $10 million. The company is headed by CHOI JI WOONG as its legal representative. EVE Energy's business portfolio is diverse, encompassing new material technology R&D, corporate headquarters management, and information consulting services, among others.
Earlier, LG Energy Solution had announced that its China headquarters would be situated in the Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone. The primary objectives of this headquarters include coordinating the operations of LG Energy Solution's Chinese subsidiaries, managing cross-border capital pools, conducting R&D on new energy batteries and materials, and overseeing investments in upstream and downstream industrial chains.
