Liang Jun, the former Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Cambrian, revealed on his personal WeChat Moments that he is facing a lawsuit from Cambrian. The company is demanding that he transfer over 11.5 million shares he holds in Cambrian at an estimated price range of RMB 25,000 to RMB 27,500 per share. The legal proceedings will take place at the Haidian Court on January 23. In response, Liang Jun has filed a labor dispute lawsuit with the same court, seeking compensation from Cambrian for alleged losses exceeding RMB 4.2 billion related to equity incentives. Cambrian has yet to issue a positive response regarding this matter.
