NVIDIA's CEO, Jen-Hsun Huang, attended the grand opening of SPIL's Tan-Ke plant on the 16th and lauded Taiwan's partners for swiftly establishing substantial CoWoS capacity. Huang highlighted that SPIL's capacity has surged approximately fourfold in less than two years, an impressive feat. Furthermore, he emphasized that the demand for both CoWoS and the more advanced CoWoS-L capacity continues to climb.
