Shenzhen NeoPhotonics Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. has recently undergone a significant equity shift. NEOPHOTONICS CORPORATION LIMITED, the former shareholder, has divested its stake, paving the way for Dongpeng Beverage (stock code: 605499) to become the sole shareholder with a 100% holding. Founded in February 1993 and boasting a registered capital of approximately RMB 110 million, the company's portfolio encompasses the production, operation, technical development, and consultancy services for optoelectronic components, optoelectronic communication systems, and related products. This acquisition signifies Dongpeng Beverage's strategic expansion into the high-tech sector, and it is anticipated that NeoPhotonics Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. will embrace new avenues of growth and development.
