Xu Ran, the previous general manager, has moved to a new role, leaving the reins to Senior Director Wei Na, who will now report directly to Group President Lu Weibing. The department, which focuses on Xiaomi's global patent licensing and acquisition endeavors, plays a pivotal role in the company's intellectual property strategy. Xu Ran, a key contributor to Xiaomi's Intellectual Property Strategy Department, will continue to make valuable contributions in his new capacity.
