NVIDIA's latest AI chip, the Blackwell, is reportedly encountering further delays in its delivery to data centers for some of its largest customers due to overheating and faulty chip interconnects. Specifically, the initial racks equipped with Blackwell chips are experiencing challenges with heat dissipation in high-density server environments, along with issues in the chip interconnects. NVIDIA is currently collaborating with cloud service providers to resolve these problems.
