On January 13, Beijing Ingenic hosted a series of on-site exchanges with esteemed institutions such as Guotai Asset Management, BOC Wealth Management, Cinda Australia, and Yingda Fund. During these discussions, the company disclosed that it is currently developing both 21nm and 20nm DRAM processes, with an anticipated launch within this year, accompanied by ongoing process upgrades. Notably, the 21nm process will initially be employed to enhance DDR3 performance, with subsequent new processes set to expand into DDR4 and LPDDR4. Furthermore, the company is closely monitoring the AIDRAM market, recognizing its immense potential and committing to track its development. Currently, DDR3 products dominate sales. In the NorFLASH sector, automotive-grade products account for approximately half of production, which is outsourced to Wuhan Xinxin Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation. SRAM sales revenue remains consistent, with a significant portion of clients hailing from the automotive and industrial sectors. Storage products are primarily geared towards the industrial market, experiencing distinct price fluctuation patterns compared to the consumer market. The company's R&D team operates on a global scale. Regarding eyewear products, multiple clients are already developing T-series chips, with some having successfully launched their products. The computing chips, primarily aimed at the consumer market, particularly the security surveillance sector, account for over 80% of the company's offerings.
