According to Apple analyst Mark Gurman, Apple is set to introduce a new Mac Studio in the first half of 2025, featuring the advanced M4 series chip. Notably, the premium variant of the Mac Studio will pioneeringly incorporate the M4 Ultra chip, boasting a formidable 32-core CPU and 80-core GPU. This powerful chip leverages TSMC's cutting-edge 3nm process technology and Apple's proprietary UltraFusion chip-level packaging design. Furthermore, Apple intends to unveil an array of other exciting new products during this timeframe, encompassing the MacBook Air equipped with the M4 chip, the iPhone SE4 (also known as iPhone 16E), the HomePad smart display, the 11th-generation iPad, and the Apple Watch SE3.
