Xidian University Kicks Off New Year with Pioneering Science Paper!

On January 10th, the School of Integrated Circuits at Xidian University marked a milestone in the commercialization journey of perovskite solar cells. The groundbreaking research, titled "Wafer-scale Monolayer MoS2 Film Integration for Stable, Efficient Perovskite Solar Cells," was officially unveiled online in the prestigious journal Science by the collaborating institution. Associate Professor Su Jie served as the co-first author, with Professor Chang Jingjing contributing as a co-author. This remarkable feat is poised to accelerate the transition of perovskite solar cell technology from the lab to the marketplace.
