Research Breakthrough: Associate Professor Su Jie of Xidian University Co-Authors Groundbreaking Study in Science

On January 10, the Integrated Circuit Faculty at Xidian University achieved a milestone in the commercialization of perovskite solar cells. The collaborative research, titled "Wafer-scale monolayer MoS2 film integration for stable, efficient perovskite solar cells", was published online in the prestigious journal Science. This accomplishment was the result of a joint effort, notably including Associate Professor Su Jie and Professor Chang Jingjing from the Integrated Circuit Faculty. Associate Professor Su Jie held the distinguished position of co-first author, while Professor Chang Jingjing contributed as a co-author.
