Baosteel and Partners Launch Auto Aluminum Plate Venture in Shanghai with RMB 1 Billion Capital

Baosteel Kobe Auto Aluminum Plate (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has recently been inaugurated with Mr. Wu Jun serving as its legal representative and a substantial registered capital of 1 billion yuan. The company's core business encompasses metal surface treatment, heat treatment processing, the distribution of high-performance non-ferrous metals and alloy materials, as well as the import and export of goods. According to the shareholder structure, this venture is a collaborative effort between Baosteel, Kobe Steel Investment Co., Ltd., and Baowu Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd. It is noteworthy that the tripartite agreement for this joint venture was signed in Tokyo, Japan, in August 2024.
