Real-world testing feedback reveals that the performance of this series falls short of Intel's promotional promises. Notably, processors leveraging the Arrow Lake architecture have fared poorly in reviews. Intel has acknowledged that optimizations are still forthcoming and highlighted that power management-related drivers are being progressively deployed. Reports indicate that Intel has identified five major performance issues with the Core Ultra 200S series, four of which have been resolved, with the remaining issue set to be addressed shortly. These issues encompass missing PPM configuration packages, ineffective Intel APO, blue screens of death during game startups, and disorganized BIOS performance settings, all of which can be mitigated through Windows updates or motherboard BIOS upgrades.
