Kuo Ming-Chi: OpenAI's ASIC AI Servers to Begin Shipping as Early as Q4 2026

In a report by TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, it is anticipated that Wiwynn will commence shipping OpenAI's ASIC AI servers from the fourth quarter of 2026 through to the first quarter of 2027. Broadcom will handle the chip design for these servers, which feature a water-cooled design, resulting in a unit price considerably higher than that of traditional air-cooled servers. As the primary downstream beneficiary of these advanced ASIC AI servers, Wiwynn stands to gain substantially from the upgrade in AI server specifications.
