Recently, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) has released a notice regarding a new court hearing. The defendants in this case are CALB Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Quanzhou Zhipeng, a subsidiary of XPeng Auto Sales Co., Ltd. The dispute centers around the alleged infringement of a utility model patent, and the hearing will take place on January 24 at the Intermediate People's Court of Quanzhou City, Fujian Province.
