Led by Professor Yan Na and young researcher Xu Hao, the RFiCAE research group at Fudan University has unveiled a string of remarkable research accomplishments. These span various domains, including low-power wireless communication transceiver chips, broadband RF transceiver chips, high-performance phase-locked loops, high-speed analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters, as well as energy-efficient mixed-signal chip design. These notable achievements have been featured in prestigious journals like IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC) and IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems (TCA).
