During its Q3 2026 earnings briefing on November 6, Yishitong announced that its Low-α spherical alumina products for high-end chip packaging have entered small-batch trial supply to select customers across the Japanese and Korean markets as well as the domestic advanced packaging supply chain. However, the company noted that the timeline for full-scale mass production and commercialization remains difficult to predict with precision.
