On November 5, according to foreign media reports, Goldman Sachs and Apollo Global Management are in talks with Wall Street investors to sell part of an approximately $40 billion chip financing deal arranged for SpaceX. Sources familiar with the matter said the two firms have begun reaching out to potential buyers. SpaceX said the deal structure is designed to keep the debt off its balance sheet and marks the largest GPU financing arrangement of its kind on record. Before the formal syndication process begins, some investors have been invited to subscribe to up to $500 million of the share in advance to accelerate the deal's completion. Formal distribution is expected to launch soon. None of the three parties responded to requests for comment.
