The Optics Valley Pan-Semiconductor Industrial Park, jointly developed by Wuhan and Ezhou, hosted an investment promotion conference, during which the Wuhan Pan-Semiconductor Industry Investment Fund was officially launched. The fund has a total scale of 1 billion yuan, with an initial phase of 500 million yuan. It is jointly funded by the East Lake High-tech Development Zone and Ezhou City and is dedicated to the pan-semiconductor sector. The fund will invest and strategically position itself around chain-leading enterprises and upstream and downstream supporting projects, adopting a fund-plus-project linkage model to deliver targeted support to the industrial chain. On the same day, the first batch of six land-acquisition projects—including the integrated circuit spare parts public warehouse and the precision cleaning and regeneration service base—were signed in a centralized ceremony, covering areas such as chain-leading enterprise support, professional services, key materials, new energy materials, research and development, pilot testing, and manufacturing.
