Fengnian Capital has completed its Series A investment in BitZhilu, a provider of end-to-end integrated hardware and software network solutions for AI infrastructure. BitZhilu has raised several hundred million yuan in total across its Series A and Series A+ rounds. These funds will be focused on 800GE NIC chip development, the commercialization and ecosystem expansion of 400GE NICs, and core team building, accelerating the large-scale deployment of high-speed AI networking solutions. As AI computing clusters expand rapidly, traditional networks struggle to keep pace with demand. Overseas vendors have long monopolized the high-end RDMA NIC market, and existing mainstream solutions suffer from numerous shortcomings. The industry urgently needs open Ethernet high-speed networking solutions with high fault tolerance and high scalability. BitZhilu's core team brings globally leading RDMA technology expertise and large-scale data center network operations experience. Its self-developed TCU chips and NICs break through traditional technical bottlenecks, eliminating traditional RDMA's dependence on lossless networks while combining high speed, low latency, and high fault tolerance to support the stable operation of large-scale AI clusters and reduce construction and O&M costs. Currently, its FPGA-based 400GE TCU NIC has completed full-scenario performance validation, with core performance reaching international first-tier levels and outstanding results in key advantage scenarios. It has been deployed in leading customer scenarios and has completed compatibility and mutual certification with leading domestic GPU vendors, deeply adapting to mainstream large model scenarios. Development of the 800GE TCU chip is progressing steadily.
