onsemi has announced the acquisition of Ferric, an innovator in integrated voltage regulators. This acquisition is set to enhance the company's power density, energy efficiency, and transient response of AI processor power supply solutions, completing the product portfolio from grid to core. onsemi has raised its 2030 AI data center revenue target by $500 million to over $3 billion, and expects the IVR business to accelerate growth in the years thereafter.
