On November 3, the three major U.S. stock indexes closed mixed: the Nasdaq Composite gained 0.83%, the S&P 500 added 0.36%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average slipped 0.38%. Most large-cap tech stocks advanced, with SanDisk surging over 4%; Broadcom and AMD each climbing more than 3%; Microsoft, Meta, Nvidia, and Amazon all rising over 2%; and Google edging slightly higher. Apple and Tesla, meanwhile, each fell more than 1%. Popular Chinese concept stocks also closed mixed: JD.com rose over 2%, XPeng gained more than 1%, and NetEase and Baidu posted modest gains; Bilibili dropped over 2%, while Pinduoduo and Alibaba each declined more than 1%.
