Weitec Technology said on a November 2 conference call that it has basically established engagement with all leading domestic computing power customers, with cooperation at varying stages—some already in mass production, some in the engineering stage, and others still in development. Overall progress is smooth, and certain customers are expected to ramp up in the fourth quarter of 2026 and in 2027. In the first three quarters, storage-related revenue accounted for about 5% of total revenue, primarily from NOR Flash testing and testing of MCU and SoC chips with integrated storage functions. Some NAND equipment can be shared with NOR Flash, but DRAM requires the purchase of new, more advanced and more expensive dedicated equipment. The company is carrying out preliminary engineering cooperation on NAND with some existing storage customers.
