TSMC plans to issue NT$14.8 billion (approximately RMB 3 billion) in unsecured ordinary corporate bonds in November. This will include NT$12.4 billion (approximately RMB 2.5 billion) in 5-year bonds and NT$2.4 billion (approximately RMB 500 million) in 10-year bonds, with interest rates of 2.3% and 2.42%, respectively. Both are green bonds. Compared with the July issuance, the 5-year interest rate has risen by 27 basis points, and the 10-year rate has risen by 32 basis points.
