These companies reported a combined revenue of 266.790 billion yuan, reflecting a robust year-on-year (YoY) increase of 35.93%. Their aggregate net profit soared to 26.892 billion yuan, marking an impressive YoY surge of 86.25%. Notably, the eight companies included in the STAR 50 index (a benchmark index comprising 50 leading companies on the STAR Market) made significant contributions, with their revenue and net profit accounting for 27% and 46% of the total, respectively, thus acting as a stabilizing force for the sector's overall performance.
