NVIDIA has announced that its latest iteration of the DLSS 5 neural rendering model delivers double the speed of the September version. This improvement comes with a 50% reduction in GPU overhead and a 20% decrease in 4K video memory consumption. Remarkably, its performance now stands at 10 times that of the model initially unveiled in March. The updated model is set to make its debut in NBA 2K27 on October 16, followed by Hogwarts Legacy and Where Winds Meet in November. Additionally, RTX Remix will integrate this enhancement, offering enhanced tools for upgrading the graphics of classic games.
