On October 13, China Microelectronics disclosed at its 2026 interim results briefing held on the same day that the company's eight-inch production line is expanding as planned, currently operating at full capacity with high utilization rates. The SiC PM module is still under development, while the SiC IPM module has commenced small-batch sales. Over the next five years, the company will concentrate on power semiconductors and related industries, with core products including IGBTs, MOSFETs, diodes, and wide-bandgap semiconductors, while also intensifying efforts to build chip and packaging production lines.
