Hongxin Electronics has revealed that its fully-owned subsidiary, Beijing Anliantong Technology Co., Ltd., has entered into separate agreements with Company A and Company B. According to these agreements, the subsidiary will procure high-performance server computing power chips from Company A, with the total contract value (inclusive of tax) amounting to 2.131 billion yuan. The billing for this procurement will be conducted independently in batches, following individual acceptances. Additionally, the subsidiary will also purchase similar chips from Company B, with the total contract settlement amounting to 852 million yuan. The execution of these contracts falls within the purview of the company chairman's decision-making authority and does not necessitate submission to the board of directors for review. Furthermore, these transactions do not involve related-party dealings or significant asset restructurings.
