This accounts for 0.39% of the company's total share capital. The repurchase saw a peak price of 411.95 yuan per share and a trough of 308.99 yuan per share, with the average price settling at 380.71 yuan per share. The total expenditure for these repurchases amounts to 1.035 billion yuan (transaction fees not included). As per the repurchase scheme, the company plans to allocate between 1 billion and 2 billion yuan of its own funds for further share repurchases, with a cap on the repurchase price set at 750 yuan per share. All repurchased shares will be solely earmarked for cancellation, thereby reducing the company's registered capital.
