ASML, the globe's preeminent semiconductor equipment producer, is set to raise the prices of all replacement components for the equipment it sells to South Korea by a substantial 10%. This comprehensive price adjustment encompasses every part for both EUV (Extreme Ultraviolet) and DUV (Deep Ultraviolet) lithography equipment. The newly revised prices are scheduled to come into effect starting from January 2027.
