On October 11, GSC Semiconductor announced that its Renminbi ordinary shares will be listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on October 13, 2026. The issue price is RMB 12.01 per share, with a total share capital of 2.878 billion shares after the issuance (before the exercise of the over-allotment option), and 513 million new shares will be publicly issued.
