MediaTek recently unveiled the Dimensity CX C10 Max, the first flagship SoC in its Dimensity Personal Computing Series platform, which will be used in Google's upcoming Googlebook. The Dimensity CX C10 Max is manufactured using TSMC's 3nm process technology, featuring a 1+3+4 tri-cluster CPU architecture with 12MB L3 cache and 10MB SLC cache. Its GPU is an 11-core Immortalis-G925, paired with an NPU 890, delivering a peak AI performance of 55TOPS. It is optimized for Gemini Intelligence functions, offering faster response times and enhanced privacy protection. Additionally, the chip supports LPDDR5X-9600 memory, UFS 4.0 flash storage, three PCIe 4.0 lanes, full-featured USB 5Gbps, and up to three 4K video outputs. Its Imagiq 1090 ISP supports high-quality HDR video recording with a 32MP camera, while also supporting 7.3Gbps Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0. With its high-performance and energy-efficient architecture, the Dimensity CX C10 Max enables manufacturers to create thinner, fanless devices with all-day battery life, excelling in multitasking, productivity applications, intelligent assistance, and entertainment scenarios.
