NVIDIA and MediaTek have announced the deepening of their long-term collaboration, with both parties working together to develop cross-generational AI infrastructure, edge AI computing, and automotive products. MediaTek will leverage the NVIDIA NVLink Fusion platform to develop customized XPU chips, which will be integrated into NVIDIA's related systems and AI factories. Meanwhile, NVIDIA will invest $3.5 billion in overseas convertible corporate bonds issued by MediaTek. Additionally, the two companies will continue to collaborate on the development of future generations of RTX Spark/DGX Spark computer chips and open up an AI-enabled SDV platform.
