On August 28, the primary structure of the mass production manufacturing base of Shanghai Jingce Semiconductor—a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jingce Electronic—reached topping-out in Zhaoxiang Town, Qingpu District, Shanghai. With a total investment of 380 million yuan and a planned area of approximately 37,000 square meters, this base is envisioned as an integrated industrial platform combining R&D, production, and testing capabilities. Its establishment will ease the pressure on the company’s existing production resources and facilitate the iterative upgrading of advanced manufacturing processes. Once fully operational, the base is projected to boost relevant production capacity by three to five times, encompassing the entire process inspection chain and addressing the manufacturing needs of various chip types.
