Yingxin Development has announced that its majority-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Changxing Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., recently conducted a signing ceremony to cement in-depth strategic partnerships with two leading companies within the semiconductor supply chain. This strategic maneuver is designed to bolster Changxing Semiconductor's footprint across the semiconductor memory industry chain and reinforce its core competencies in cutting-edge technology. As per the agreements, Bangda Zhilian has committed to procuring roughly RMB 600 million worth of mainstream memory solutions—including DRAM and NAND—from Changxing Semiconductor over the course of their collaboration.
