On August 24, during the Xiaomi Xuanjie Technology Communication Meeting, Zhu Dan, Vice President of Xiaomi Group and President of its New Business Division, delivered a keynote speech. At the event, Xiaomi officially unveiled its new-generation flagship SoC, the Xuanjie O3. The processor’s CPU features a ten-core all-big-core architecture, with the multi-core benchmark score surpassing 15,000 points for the first time, marking a 60% performance leap. The GPU is equipped with the first-ever G2-UltraNX graphics processor, delivering a generational upgrade with an 85% performance boost and a 64% reduction in power consumption. Xuanjie O3 is also the world’s first mobile processor to support LPDDR6, offering bandwidth of up to 113.8GB/s—a 48% increase over its predecessor, the Xuanjie O1. Its NPU architecture has undergone a complete overhaul, tailored specifically for Xiaomi’s MiMo on-device large models. It delivers 200 TOPS of tensor computing power and 3.13 TFLOPS of vector computing power, resulting in a 45% improvement in on-device AI performance.
