According to Reuters, Samsung Electronics' wafer foundry business is adjusting pricing across multiple process nodes due to a significant increase in customer order demand. In July this year, Samsung raised the foundry prices for its 4nm SF4 process by 10% to 15% for customers in the United States and China, while prices for customers in Taiwan increased by approximately 5% to 10%. Meanwhile, wafer prices for the 5nm SF5 process also rose by 10% to 15%.
