Recently, the Central China R&D and production base project of SMIT (688361), a domestic semiconductor quality control equipment enterprise, has settled in Wuhan Future Science & Technology City. The project focuses on the R&D of bright field and dark field nano-pattern wafer defect inspection equipment.
