On August 19, the General Office of the Shanghai Municipal Government unveiled the '14th Five-Year Plan' aimed at fostering the development of 'Digital Shanghai'. This strategic blueprint outlines the enhancement of Shanghai's role as a pivotal node in the national blockchain network, bolstering secure and reliable technological foundations through privacy-preserving computation and federated learning. It emphasizes the improvement of a shared service framework, the reinforcement of cross-border and cross-chain infrastructure, and the construction of a technologically advanced blockchain empowerment platform. Additionally, the plan is set to fortify the on-chain security oversight mechanism and refine next-generation ultra-diverse integrated chips to effectively meet the challenges posed by high-concurrency computing requirements.
