On July 6th, a report emerged stating that Transcom Technology disclosed in an investor research briefing that it has successfully launched a low-power, ultra-compact chip specifically engineered to meet the joint communication requirements of humanoid robots. This innovative chip is ideally suited for use in the joints of embodied robots as well as the joints of dexterous robotic hands. It has successfully undergone rigorous selection tests conducted by leading manufacturers and has now advanced to the stage of small-scale batch shipments. Since its foray into the industrial communication sector in 2022, Transcom Technology's EtherCAT slave control chips have not only achieved mass production but have also diversified into various specifications. These chips now support a multitude of communication interfaces, thereby catering to a wide range of ecological needs within the industry.
