Samsung Electronics is scheduled to release its preliminary financial report for the second quarter on July 7, and market sentiment suggests that the company is poised to achieve an unprecedented earnings milestone. Analysts are projecting revenue in the vicinity of KRW 170 trillion and an operating profit around KRW 86 trillion, with certain brokerages even predicting figures that could reach up to KRW 90 trillion. These projections not only significantly surpass the KRW 57 trillion reported in the first quarter but also indicate an extraordinary 17-fold increase compared to the KRW 4.7 trillion from the corresponding period last year.
