On June 15, news emerged that Lion Microelectronics had recently notified its customers of an impending price increase for its entire product range. Owing to the persistent escalation in the prices of upstream raw materials, the company has witnessed a substantial surge in its overall production costs. In a bid to uphold product quality, maintain service standards, and ensure a stable supply, Lion Microelectronics has resolved to implement a 10% to 15% price increment for all its power chip products, effective June 15. Concurrently, Jinruihong, a subsidiary of Lion Microelectronics, also declared that, in light of the mounting costs of upstream raw materials, it would raise the prices of its silicon wafer products by 10% to 15%, commencing July 1.
