On June 12, the board of directors of Jiemei Technology approved a proposal for its wholly-owned subsidiary to invest in a project for producing 50,000 tons of new materials for high-end electronic component packaging annually. It also signed an investment contract for attracting foreign businesses and investment with the People's Government of Meixi Town, Anji County, Zhejiang Province. According to the contract, Jiemei Technology plans to invest 700 million yuan to construct the project in the Lingang Industrial Park, Meixi Town, Anji County.
