On May 26th, the China Information Technology Security Evaluation Center, in collaboration with the National Confidentiality Technology Evaluation Center, unveiled the outcomes of the security and reliability assessment for AI training and inference chips, as well as databases. This evaluation was conducted strictly in line with the stipulations outlined in the 'Security and Reliability Evaluation Work Guide V3.0'. Notably, a total of nine AI training and inference chips, encompassing HiSilicon Semiconductor's Ascend 310 and T-Head's Zhenwu M530, achieved the prestigious 'Level I' security and reliability rating.
