The agreement outlines the proposed sale of enterprise-level SSD hard drives to Zhejiang Shenhu Technology, with the total tax-inclusive value amounting to RMB 322 million. The SSDs featured in this deal are enterprise-grade PCIe SSDs marketed under Xingyun Technology's proprietary brand, with a primary focus on catering to the needs of businesses involved in AI server operations. The contract will become effective once both parties have affixed their signatures and seals, and it will remain valid for a duration of one year.
